Star Gazing!

I found my Bracelet! Many thanks for all your encouraging wishes and hopes on me finding my bracelet on yesterday's blip - they worked! As I drove into the field that acts as the car park I headed for where I had previously parked intending to walk as accurately as possible the route I had taken the previous day. Just as I got close to where I had parked I veered to the side, thinking that if it was on the grass I would simply be driving over it. Could not believe my eyes as I walked round the front of the car and looked down to see it ahead of me!! The only place I had hoped to find it was where I had fallen so I was quite literally gobsmacked! So I guess the universe was telling me to never give up hope and persevere!!
I had been  in a state of anxiety not only due to the lost bracelet, but to the fact that I had realised I had put Tilly back in the coop, but I had not checked Milly had returned of her own accord! She likes to perch on the wooden strut running underneath my wooden trestle table in the kitchen, and I have often been surprised to look down and see her there! The though of Fat Cat acting out of character by a) coming down from the attic during the day and b) having the courage to go near Milly, filled me with dread of coming home and seeing a mass of feathers all over the kitchen and a much fatter cat! Luckily she was in the coop when I got home!
I did stop on the way home at the roadside stall to buy some luscious orange marigolds, good companion plants to broad beans and nice petals in salads! Also bought a rambling rose!! "Fru Dagmar Hastrup"  a compact small shrub with healthy, bright green foliage and fragrant, single light pink flowers to 9cm in width, opening from pointed buds through summer and autumn, and followed by large red hips in autumn!! So says the Royal Horticultural Society!!
Model Girl ( because she looks like Kate Moss!) and her mother, fellow chicken lover who I chicken sit for often, dropped in with my spare key on the way to Friend and I decided to join them, but to sit outside on the garden and talk through the window! I collected Portly and set off with the solar lights I had bought her for her garden. She is sleeping on the sofa in the downstairs kitchen/living room. I felt like "Wot no...."as I rested my hands on the fixed lower pane of the window and looked in through the open upper pane! I was given biscuits and tea and was pronounced more demanding than Friend! Eventually they all joined me outside as I thread the lights through her lilac tree. Portly chased sticks from her log pile and was well happy! Homeopath and her husband arrived with a freezer for Friend, will make supplying meals through the next round of chemo much easier.
Finally I took Portly home and went to water Camera Man's garden. For my efforts I took some fresh young Broad beans and a leaf from a white and a dark purple Streptocarpus, such depth  it's almost black. I love the way they propagate in a glass of water, sending out a web of white roots quite rapidly!
After all this I ate, then slept! Then looked at the few photographs I had taken - not being happy with them you have this star gazing mouse!! It sits to the left of me on my kitchen table as I use my laptop and I love her!
