In the Oven

Hadn't tried taking a picture inside an oven before; it's not easy, there's some serious lens steaming-up involved! Like me walking into a pub in winter and going instantly blind.
Anyway, this was our dinner. Tomato, goats cheese & parmesan tart. Excellent fare and a bottle of McEwans Amber Ale washed it down very nicely. I might move on to the Tundra now though....
