It's all kicking off

Ooh there is a bit of excitement outside my house this evening. I was sitting watching TV and heard shouting outside. I looked out and the were 2 policemen restraining a man on the ground. I think he was drunk because as they loaded him into the 2nd van that arrived his trousers were down. Thankfully he was wearing pants.
