We adopted an Icelandic hen today. We had to give it a name and take a photo of it. We will get 1kg of eggs per month from it. The farmer says they are happy chicken. His main aim is to prevent the Icelandic strain to become extinct, and that is what I wanted to support. It's a two year contract.
