To late - again!

For the past few days we have been watching these young starlings being taught how to feed  on the fat balls and wash their beaks in the bird bath!  We thought we would capture mother/dad feeding baby, but it seems we are too late as the youngsters seem to have been quick learners!  The good thing is that they are not as timid as their parents and we can go into the garden without them all taking flight!  This one still isn't quite sure how to tackle the fat ball and was looking for instructions.  Being quite disappointed to have "missed the moment" we took the car to another country park in search of something better but the thrush wouldn't sing in time to the camera!
