Beamsley Beacon

So I did.  

This photo shows most of my walk which started at Langbar behind me and went across to the reservoir, hitting the dizzy heights to the left of Heligar Pike, followed by Round Hill and finally Beamsley Beacon.  I've not done this round before and thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet, seeing few people until the last ridge home. 

I spotted a new butterfly to add to my list, a small copper, but I've chosen this photo as it gives me a feel for the energy I regained today.  

Little Dog had a whale of a time too.
