Birdy

Walked in to Rolle this morning for café/croissant and caught this little guy waiting for a few crumbs. 
Back home, put Liz's new painting up. Many thanks for all your kind comments by the way. It probably wasn't evident from my pic, but it is a rather large, a metre high. So we figured the best place was on the big wall on the stairs. This meant a rather precarious climb up the ladder for me. And I don't like heights, but least I didn't fall off. 
Then it was the usual gardening, followed by an easy run in the sun.
