Crane cab, with another background crane, by Inverness Marina.
Saw a flock of almost 30 Barnacle Geese in a field on the way in this morning, and had an alternative Blip of them. It is unusual to see them about here, and this is far latter than you'd expect to see any about the UK. They seemed none to bothered at my presence. A little local Internet check reveals that they are likely from the (very) nearby Black Isle Wildlife Park, where visitors have them eating out of their hands. Just as well I didn't excite the local Twitcher with news of them being about.
