Finally!

After all the grotty weather, today I can see that the plants are really starting to grow.  We did have a few horrendous showers, when Ollie and I took shelter in the greenhouse, and hailstones at one point too, but on the whole it was a super day.

Mike off on the overnight boat down to Aberdeen to collect his son from uni in Stirling.  A quick trip, he'll be back tomorrow night.

This is Veronica spicata and it is a real beauty at this time of the year.
