View from room

Spent the day preparing. Did want to go onto the pass for a couple of hours over lunch but the Mercedeswas having nothing of it. It's battery is screwed and a new one is on the way.

Managed to do some landscape shots that we will publish, but that's about it.

Opened up my calendar and started keying in way points of my time away, quarter point, halfway point, three quarter point. Enough to bring anyone to tears really.
