Halloween

Too early for that. My friend grew these from seed she had saved off previous years and obviously the seed had reverted back from its hybrid form.  They grew and grew one even bigger than these ones her chooks got into and totally ate it. She thought they would be no good for anything other than tossing to the animals. How wrong, they are thick fleshed and utterly beautiful. She will be able to feed the whole street.
Hard for you to gauge the size but they are so heavy I could barely lift one of the ground and I am no slug
