Clouds on the horizon . . (literally)

These clouds looked like they are slipping through a crack between the ocean and the blue sky - right at the horizon line.    Never seen it before. 
Are you able to see them, like a series of small fountains on the right?   The left one, shining in the sunlight is easier to see, but still there right at the horizon.
