Commercial Quay

I headed out fairly late afternoon as it was bright and sunny, unfortunately 5 minutes out and it started chucking down with rain, I hurriedly put my camera away and headed for shelter! :-( Luckily it didn't last and I soon continued on my way, this image was taken on Commercial Quay where there are a number of restaurants with outdoor seating.
