If the boot is on the other foot...

Compression boot on a friend who has now been off work for 12 weeks following a radical fusion operation. She is hoping (or hopping) to get signed back to work on Tuesday, she's not hoping for that quite as much as I am, but I expect we are both going to be disappointed somehow! At least her foot is actually facing the right way now and her heel is where it should be instead of sticking out the side of her foot (wish I'd blipped it before the op now). God bless the nhs (again)!
