After a long second day at aerial yoga teacher training with two assessments (that I passed), I headed into central London to meet friends and to go to see Shelter Me. It's a show in the Guardian's old offices. It's a little strange at times with lots of small acts happening at once and you move between them. I'm not sure that I saw all of them but what I did see was excellent.

The finally was on the roof and on a beautiful evening with the sunset behind them it was amazing. If you are in London in the next month go see this.
