Winters Showground

Winter has come...at last.

The dark skies and the beginning of an afternoon of welcome rain were a good backdrop to the Ferris Wheel at the Showground

It was quite eerie as I slipped through a side gate and wandered around a almost deserted Showground.

Open spaces and grass where there is normal hordes of people and stalls..... and of course a ferris wheel with no customers
