Fixing the Fells

This morning Picture Poems (Celia ) and her husband Roy joined us for coffee. Trev has posted a link to her page. Later I caught up with the Fix the Fells team creating a new path up Skiddaw from Millbeck. I am going to write about them in the National Trust on link magazine My Volunteering. The extra picture is the sign which explains what they are doing to walkers approaching their work area. There were 19 of them - and a very cheerful hardworking lot they are; Mostly volunteers spending their weekend not relaxing but working hard (and getting soaked too today!)
