Transit of Venus

Today, a kind gent from downstairs of our office brought in a pair of binoculars, tripod and stand to watch the transit of Venus across the sun.

I picked a bad day to forget to take my camera and had to make do with my phone.

Sadly, you can't view this large, but Venus is the little black dot right at the top of each circle of light (obviously the sun).
