Eggs

In my recent workshop clean up, this old egg box again came to light.
Do not know how old it is, the hasp is certainly a 'modern' addition when one looks at the hand-made hinges and handle that are used on the lid.

The word 'EGGS' is impressed into the wood on front, back and on the lid.

Also impressed on the lid is what I assume,  the partially legible name of the supplier.  "....GKING Coy Ltd...."
