Lesser Sand Plover

Went to Yiti for a swim in the sea and took my new take anywhere camera for wildlife and birds and saw this Plover in breeding plumage which was great to see, along with a little flock of Kentish Plovers. I shall again watch Springwatch this week on the BBC because I'm surprised these birds have stayed here in this intense heat.
