Parliamentary Gardens

Accompanied my friend to a reception at the Scottish Parliament this evening. It was hosted by the Horticultural Trades Association so there were lots of gardening types there. We had a few words from Aileen McLeod Minister for Environment, Christine Graham MSP and a lot of blah blah from the HTA. We were allowed out in to the Parliament garden - a first for visitors to the building. To be honest, it was just an OK garden, but it is a great setting surrounded by the old and new buildings, and peaking out to Dynamic Earth and Salisbury Crags.
