More vegetables

Today's dinner consisted of yet another strange looking parsnip among other stuff. Here it is already cut in pieces and amongst them a thumb-lookalike can be found... Yikes.
(Baked them in the oven and it was quite yummy)

It is dark when I leave for work in the mornings and too dark when I come home again. Have to remember to bring my camera to work if I want to get some kind of daylight photos... I guess I don't have to mention that I dislike the dark half-year...
