The "mighty" Fall at Sub89

I've seen The Fall before. It was at the University of Warwick in 1983. I seem to remember there being an ironing board on stage. And it was very loud. This week I saw them again. Mark E Smith remains uncompromising. I loved it. And looking around the crowd of people of a certain age, lots of others were smiling too. Huw wasn't so sure, and retired to the bar...

It was John Peel who dubbed them the "mighty" Fall. I miss John Peel.
