The A57 Snake Pass road trans-pennine route will be closed for repairs to protect the road surface from subsidence.

The closure is on the Glossop side so if you want lunch at The Snake Pass Inn you will have to approach from the Sheffield side.

I guess its going to be nice and quiet on our side except for any construction traffic
