Sweden (briefly)

A long day.

Up about 5 to finish packing. 

Rotary at 7:15 for breakfast.

Edinburgh Airport for 11:15 to catch the flights to Vilnius via Stockholm. Checked in at 12:30 - yes, a 75 minute queue. Wonder if that was SAS’ fault for choosing a lousy (cheap) ground handling agent, or just Swissport’s fault for being lousy.

Arlanda Airport for 16:30. No reason to sit around there for 4 hours, so I took the train (18 minutes) into Uppsala.

Smart move. Lovely place. I walked around a bit and then went back to the airport in time for a sandwich before heading to the gate.

Got to Vilnius Airport for 23:40pm. With the 2 hour time difference that isn’t as late as it seems.

I was still glad to get there.
