Blank canvas - day 1

Except the workers are not really going to be much interesting in this room, apart from making it smaller, which is not very interesting.

So after years and years of prevarication, in fact so much so that the habitual slowness in getting things done makes us look like ultra dynamic people, we are finally getting some work done to get some extra space in the attic. I think the reason why we have waited so long is because well do we need a reason? Better late than never.

We met one of the fellows this morning and when we came back they were gone, as was a part of our roof. All very exciting I must say. We all had a look up the attic, ooh, new unidentified bit of wood, aah, old familiar cobwebs still there, eurgh what is that Dad. Some foam stuff to prevent pipes from leaking, time to go down the ladder.
