Helping

We were packed up and on the road by 10 this morning and made good time from the other side. Bailey has got this travelling-lark cracked as he slept most of the way, stretched out across the back seat. We had no particular hold ups and were home in time for lunch. We are off again overnight tomorrow so I have got one or two jobs out of the way today so as not to have to do them on Sunday. A food shop, a bit of washing, hoovering and mowing the lawn. Bailey has enjoyed having the freedom of the garden and 'helped' in his own way. He was briefly very excited to see our visitor but has generally spent the afternoon and evening either chilling or asleep. I am hoping that he is conserving his energy for the trip up a big hill on Saturday.
