The Outing!

It was so windy this afternoon that I didn't even try to walk round the loch. I walked as far as the stony beach area where the geese were trying to keep their goslings sheltered. The six older ones were huddled together beside a large stone while the six younger ones had managed to shelter under mum's wing. I didn't realise they were there until mum stood up and they sort of fell out! Then both families took to the stormy waters.
