Wings of Desire

There is a wonderful film by Wim Wenders, where angels inhabit the black and white streets of Berlin and Bruno Ganz descends into a technicolor world after falling in love with a mortal. It's well worth seeing.

As for the picture, it was one of those occasions when someone who is aware of what you are doing chooses to 'occupy' your picture for a short while.

I took a few from the same location. My choice as between this and a slightly more unsettling version.
