God Save The Queen!

I'm not a big Royalist, but Heidi's been so into the Diamond Jubilee and I have to admit, the Queen is pretty amazing, so up to London we went. Weather could have been better but we had a great time. Spent most of it watching a big screen next to the Mall which was pretty much the best of both worlds - a good view with live sound, but we decided to follow the masses up to the Palace at the end for the balcony appearance. Which, for the kids, was quite an experience in itself! Hemmed in we could no longer see very much but yet felt very much a part of it all. I waved my camera up high (in the rain) and got a few very blurred snaps of Her Majesty. Heidi had the better view up on Daddy's shoulders. She was snapping away with my old Olympus, so check her blip out! All good fun though.
