Winter coats

I took my docs advice and stayed home today. It was easier pottering about than concentrating at work. Wherever I pottered, my bugs pottered too :-)

Before the warmth disappeared into the universe I took a short walk along the river and back home via the local park. The long shadows accentuate the trees winter coats.

Despite my cold I will still go away tomorrow. I'm staying in a beautiful, warm home overlooking Lake Benmore. I'll have options - fishing, staying put in the house and looking at the lake, or a mixture of the two. The boys can always drop me off in the lake side or pick me up.

It will be great to get away from all the recent stresses and relax with not a lot to do.
