Day at home

Off to the Drs as no improvement and I actually feel worse - at this stage thinks just a bad cold / possible upper respiratory tract infection - what ever it is I feel ill. Another missed day at work - spent it lying on the couch while the aged dog enjoyed the sunshine beside me
