Beauty Bush again

The beauty bush has lost its flowers, but now it is covered with these fuzzy sprouty things.  I think they are as lovely as the flowers.

My daughter and I ran tonight - we have just finished week 5 day 3 of our program.  It was HARD tonight because it was hot and the workout was a stretch one - the next one will be easier.  I am so proud of us for keeping at it - but whoa I am tired.
