Blue

My brother dyed his hair again, this time bright blue. It looks much better outside and best when the sun is shining. Recently I've been focusing on portrait photography (as you've probably noticed if you've seen my last two blips). Any tips on portrait photography? I don't know much about it, I've just kind of been exploring it recently.
