Moving in

My parents moved into their new flat today. True to the story so far, moving day was far from trouble free. We were half an hour late due to heavy traffic, a burst water main led to the removal vans standing in 10cm of running water for hours and paperwork hold-ups meant that they didn't get keys until after five o'clock! Even now the burst main means that there is no running water in the building (or surrounding area, I imagine). Mum (who is 82) coped really well, particularly since Dad can't really help.
