Break
Right can someone please tell me why it's so freakin difficult to loose weight? This is my first diet ever and it's totally soul destroying and monotonous. For two bloody months now I've watched what I eat and sweated at the gym 4 times a week and there's no dramatic weight loss to get excited about. Really. Hardly a bloody difference at all.
No 'fuck me, I look amazing'.
I'm angry. I'm bored.
I want a cooked breakfast in work tomorrow morning.
So here's a shitty picture of the telly during my tea break at work. Not a biscuit, bag of crisps or fika in sight, mores the pity.
