Nap time!

A beautiful day, and I got out to enjoy it late morning, walking down to the river, then along the river to Héricy and back. Despite the nice weather, it was pretty quiet down by the river, not much traffic on the river, and not many other people out walking. It seemed to be nap time for the mallards - there was quite a bunch of them, all dozing in the sunshine. The lovely weather continued into the evening, so we ate outside on the patio. We didn't eat out that much last summer, since the weather was so poor - let's hope this year is going to be different!!
