Kite with no strings

Bright start to today but it clouded over later in the afternoon and also a drop of rain.

This Tree of Heaven is in our neighbours garden and it was give a severe pruning last year and over the last week this Kite has taken to perching here frequently and calling loudly.  

Made a bit of headway at work this morning...yaay!

Met up with Roger and Judi this afternoon, they've not had a good year so far and returned from holiday only to find a letter from the hospital saying Roger has osteoporosis....more tests for him.  Lovely to have catch up with them.
