Tiverton Canal

Had a lovely walk along the canal at Tiverton today - and the horse drawn barge was working today.....I managed to get a shot of the beautiful horse plodding along the walkway. 
Before they set off I watched the boatman and his dog who spent the trip on the roof of the barge.
There is a lot of life on the canal and I managed to catch some moorhen's squabbling! Saw 4 very small, young  being looked after and fed by three moorhens. They were too far away to shoot clearly.
