The ratties!

Meet Jemaine, one of our new ratties! We have been talking about the ratties and getting their cage ready for weeks so it was a very exciting when we went to pick them up finally today! Jemaine has two friends, Bret and Murray (if you guess where we got their names from you are super awesome) and here are all three rat babies together and another shot of Cleo feeding them a treat.

We got them from a lovely breeder in Basingstoke that came highly recommended from a fellow blipper. It was worth it as these babies are so tame, well looked after, and are lovely and gentle even with noisy not always so gentle Cleo. Also, she was so helpful, answering all of our questions and helping is get set up. This evening the babies have been exploring their big new cage and, well, hiding from us in their nest box a bit. I'm sure they will get used to us soon! :)
