Baby Coot

I have no idea what these birds are, but I was advised it was a coot by a photographer, so it must be. White beak/head is a coot, red beak/head is a moorhen apparently. The wee thing is awry ugly just now. And obviously the heron hasn't managed to eat it, yet.
