Make way for the penguins....

In Dundee this morning to take the boy to buy an extortionately expensive gig ticket in Glasgow in a couple of weeks time....shopping and then out for lunch....
These penguins always make me smile and as usual they're adorned with something (it looks like a child's vest!) which means something to someone...but no idea what it's for today...
