Shy White Aquilegia

As hoped for one white Aquilegia did appear this morning, but the wind was too fierce to get a good shot. I could have experimented with a fast shutter speed but it was too cold to stay out so I decided to pluck it and take it indoors!  I had a job to decide whether a grey/white or a black background set it off best.  The blackground shows it in its usual shy pose, my extra ones are taken against a grey/white background and from different angles. I have several white ones this year for the first time -  they are my favourite!
