Petrified wood

I visited my dear friend (94 yr. young :-) yoga buddy) and we were talking about my recent interest in adding natural elements into my teaching. I mentioned to her that in my latest trip to Mexico, my mother gave me a rock (pumice) and other lava rocks. My friend started looking around her patio and told me she had this petrified wood she'd like to give me. Finally after almost giving up, we found it! She said it's been with her for a very long time and she doesn't really remember how she got it but she would like to give it to me. I am very honored for such a gift, I will treasure it always.
