Sago Palm??

I think it may be a Sago palm but I definitely may be wrong!   Any ways,  we had a nice walk until the dog ran into a temptation in the form of hot dog buns and rolls someone threw over the fence last night.  He ate some of them before I snapped on his lead and went home, our walk cut a bit short.
