Wet!!

 Did you ever have one of those days when you wish you could hit the "rewind" button & start all over again? Well, today was one of those days! Got to work & they'd added on 5 more patients over the weekend, which wouldn't have been too bad but we also had a call-in, which now made us short staffed. One of the surgeons had moved all his surgeries to later times but never notified us, or his patients, so they all came in early & all were very  upset at having to wait 4 hours or more before going into the OR! When I left work it was pouring rain & I had to stop for groceries---as I was loading them into my car another car drove past a bit too quickly & shot up a stream of water which soaked my pants & the inside of my car (& caused a few bad words to come flowing out of my mouth)!!  I pushed my cart over to the cart rack & noticed all the raindrops hanging off them, & thought: why not get a picture & be done with my blip for the day! Not wanting to bring my camera out in the rain I hopped in my car & backed it up 2 rows so I was next to the carts. I rolled the window down & twisted myself around a bit & took some shots.  It was only as I was finishing that I realized there was a guy in the truck that was parked on the other side of the cart corral & he was glaring daggers at me! It  dawned on me then that he thought I'd been taking his picture---I've obviously been reading too many murder mysteries & watching too many movies, as the first thing that flashed though my head was maybe he was a drug dealer or some such thing & didn't want his picture taken, & now he'd follow me home so he could break in & steal my SD card!   Well, probably not, but I was totally nonplussed----sometimes it just doesn't pay to get out of bed! :))
