A wasted day?

Today our kitchen and our cooker has been delivered. The cooker was due to be delivered between 8.30 -10.30am. It finally turned up at 6pm! Not impressed with the company at all if they had said they were leaving us to last we could have enjoyed the last day of our holiday together instead of being stuck indoors waiting.
On the plus side it was nice weather and meant I could do some reading and I started a new book. A very private diary by Mary Morris. It is the diary of a nurse during World War 2. It is really interesting so far and fuels my fascination of women's role in WW2.
