Botanic Gardens Station

When I was a youngster, my friends and I would think nothing of walking 'The Tunnel' from Kelvinbridge through to Kirklee. This was done mostly underground, in pitch darkness, aside from the ventilation shafts (pictured) just beyond the old Botanics Station. These days, the Tunnel is viewed strictly from ground level only.
