Listening to Staff - our staff survey results

We take listening to our staff seriously.

Some highlights from the results of the staff survey are:
•  The majority of staff have had an annual appraisal which helped them 
    improve how they do their job and agree clear objectives;
•  Communication with senior management is effective;
•  Team members have a set of shared objectives;
•  The majority of staff enjoy coming to work and are enthusiastic about their 
    job;
•  Staff believe there are frequent opportunities for them to show initiative in 
    their roles;
•  Three quarters of staff would recommend the CCG as a place to work; and
•  The number of alleged incidents of bullying and harassment from 
    managers/ colleagues has significantly reduced and will remain an area 
    of focus.
