The Queen

Today it has rained lots! We didn't manage much outdoor activity today. We were going to Weymouth but the traffic was awful so we turned the car back and popped in Dorchester. Shopping is not really what I want to do on holiday but new colouring pens for the few rainy days ahead will be a good move. Got some DVDs and had a cuppa in my favourite tea shop.

I decided to have an adventure on the way home. We drove back through the very small country lanes. Eeekkk I hate the thought of having to reverse (badly) or coming across a tractor. Glad to say that did not happen today.
The kids love it so I decided to be brave. We came across the Queen, not sure about the bag over her head. It looked liked a lot of hard work had gone into this tribute!

We have all been good today and eaten lots of fruit and veg. But, it's DVD night so popcorn and ice cream.
